All clubs / teams should register on-line via e-mail.
It is not possible to register during the event.
KEY DATES DEADLINES
February 1st — Participation intention for the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
April 1st — Definitive Registration + Accommodation Form + Payment of 50 €/person
June 1st — Final Registration + Final Payment (remaining amount)
After the LOC has received your registration, it will acknowledge its receipt and assign you a "Team Registration Number" (TRN) which is important for identification of your team. Your registration will then be processed and confirmation sent back to you as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Major Force Events: If the event is cancelled the organisers shall not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by the participants. Insurance on this matter is recommended.
The organisation reserves the right to alter the venue if necessary.
